Welcome to my web site. I have been practising as an Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist since 1995. Since that time I have seen clients with a wide variety of presenting problems.

I see clients for both brief and long-term therapy, as appropriate.

I work privately with individuals and I also work as an Affiliate Counsellor for Employee Assistance Programmes, or Corporate Clients referred by Human Resources.

Integrative Counselling

Involves working with the client on the presenting issue, by drawing on the common ground across the therapies, going beyond the choice of any single model, in an attempt to identify values which can help the client in making choices and or changes in their lives.

Trauma therapy

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitising Reprogramming) and TIR (Trauma Incident Reduction) for Trauma or PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

My portfolio

Is quite extensive as I regularly attend workshops and further training on various aspects of therapy as part of Continuing Professional Development.

My practice

I work online using WhatsApp and no longer see clients face to face.
